In Microsoft Word, the case changing options allow you to quickly adjust the capitalization of text. These options can be found in the Home tab under the Font group, and the button is labeled "Aa". Here are the available case changing options:

1. Sentence case: Capitalizes only the first letter of the first word in each sentence.
  •     Example: "this is a sentence." becomes "This is a sentence."

2. lowercase: Converts all letters to lowercase.
  •     Example: "HELLO World" becomes "hello world."

3. UPPERCASE: Converts all letters to uppercase.
  •     Example: "hello world" becomes "HELLO WORLD."

4. Capitalize Each Word: Capitalizes the first letter of every word.
  •    Example: "hello world" becomes "Hello World."

5. tOGGLE cASE: Reverses the case of each letter (upper to lower and lower to upper).
  •    Example: "Hello World" becomes "hELLO wORLD."

You can also access these options by using the keyboard shortcut "Shift + F3" to toggle between uppercase, lowercase, and sentence case.
